You can start the Exchange Process yourself here withing 45 days of the order purchase date! All we need to start with is your order number (shown as the reference number on your packing slip) associated with the item you'd like to return, and the email address used to place the order. Then, go through the prompts, and you'll be contacted with further information once processed.
If the item is damaged, please provide pictures of the damage and place your request under the "damaged" category.
As a note, all items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for an exchange. For expedited service and selection, exchanges will be processed as a return/full refund. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by our Customer Care team for domestic exchanges. Please place your replacement order online when you're ready.
