I am missing items from my order, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! There are a couple of things that could be happening.

If your order included a poster, wall scrolls, or large statues; please note that these items ship separately from other products and will have their own tracking information.  They usually deliver within a day or two of the rest of your order.  If it has been longer than that, please reach out to our Customer Support team and we will be happy to check on it for you.
